Hialathar is the Steward of Durad-Om and a priest of Ashkahala. A tiefling of 70 years, he has been minding the holy city for 50, having taken over from his mother before him.
He has lived in the Underworld his whole life and has never been to Materia. As a result, while he has wide-ranging knowledge of Materia and its peoples, this knowledge is mostly academic in nature.
